We were brought in to lead a full brand and marketing refresh timed to Kinzie’s 35th year. The goal was to modernize how the restaurant showed up across channels, clarify its story, and align all marketing efforts under one cohesive vision.

The Work
We acted as the strategic “nucleus” for the project, defining the overarching marketing strategy and guiding its execution across specialists and partners. That included crafting new brand messaging and narrative, setting creative direction for a full visual refresh, overseeing a redesigned website, and building a comprehensive annual marketing plan. Throughout the process, my role was to keep the strategy intact, ensure all work laddered up to the same point of view, while ensuring all efforts move forward with focus.
